Cause Your Hot Than Your Cold....

Living on the East coast has been something these past weeks. I'm thankful that I don't live in the harder hit areas, but Sandy and Anthem really have done a number on some of our towns. Luckily, I didn't lose power for over 10 minutes during those 2 storms. The only bad thing was my connection to the internet was super slow ...
Now that the storms have left, we have been left with freezing temps. here. I mean highs of 40's and lows below 32 degrees at night. I can't believe that a few weeks ago it was 60 degrees!
I guess winter is coming!

I don't know how I feel about the cooler temperatures. I always thought I loved winter weather, but not that it has come, I am not sure about that anymore. I miss the days where I could wake up, go for a run, and then soak up the sunlight with my friends outside. I miss wearing flipflops on a daily basis and all my colorful tank tops!

For my outfit today, I chose to wear a sweater to keep me warm and my fuzzy boots for my feet. This is the first time I pulled out my boots for the season! These are probably my favorite pair of boots since they keep my feet so warm with all the fur it has inside!

I paired the boots with a purple horizontally stripped sweater. Underneath the sweater, I wore a simple pink cami. To finish the look of, I wore a pair of dark washed skinny jeans!

Jeans- Forever 21
Shoes- Kohls

(P.S. , I don't know if you noticed, but I re-dyed my hair. This time I used bleach to try and get to a blond color. The haircolor turned out ehhh.. I love the color itself, but it's very uneven. I'll write more about this later in a post)

If any of you are fortunate enough to have warm weather and you are just in love with summer clothes, go check out this amazing dress from ModMint!
This dress is perfect for the summer or even winter. For me, I would definitely wear this dress in the winter no matter how cold. I just love the colors of the dress and the design. To winterize this dress, I would pair it with a jean jacket and a pair of boots. I would probably also wear a beige colored belt with this to give shape to my body and some gold jewelry to finish it off!

If you want this dress for your closet, just go here-
and you can place your order. If you love the dress, make sure to order as soon as possible since there are only 4 of these left in stock!!
