Guess who got a new necklace today? .....
This girl did!!
I was pretty excited because I was actually not even looking for a necklace or any sort of jewelry today! I was going on my weekly shopping trip with my mom for groceries and *fun* stuff like that. We always stop by wal-mart beforehand and that is where I spotted this little baby! I know, "wal-mart," but this necklace was so cute! It screamed elegant, yet casual to me and I just had to pick it up! I got it at a decent price too... just a bit over 5 dollars!
The necklace is on a gold chain and it had beads on it in various colors. The red bead in the center caught my eye. I love the color of it!

I don't own much gold jewelry since I always find silver to be more attractive on me. However, since it is summer, I have gotten much tanner and I feel that golds work with my skin nicely now as well! (This is a good thing since I can get more jewelry now!!! yup!) I was thinking of how I could wear this necklace and I was thinking maybe with a white blouse, but later I settled on a simple black tee. I felt that black complimented the gold color nicely and the beads stood out.
