Today, I'm also super peppy because of how comfortable it feels outside, temperature wise! We've been freezing for the past week and just this weekend, it's been warming up! It actually feels like autumn outside and I'm loving it!! In celebration of the warmer weather, I am wearing a comfortable cardigan that I got a while ago.
I got this cardigan from Dailylook and I have really grown to love it! It's quite thick and I love the way it looks on me. Plus, the navy color of it looks very nice on me hehe. Even though pink is my favorite color, I find that blues colored clothing looks the best on me for some reason. I actually own more blue pieces than any other color.. even my prom dress last year was blue!
It felt absolutely amazing outside today. The crisp air made me think of autumn which then made me think of apples and cross country! I'm really going to miss racing with my team next year when I am college. It hasn't quite set in on me yet that I am done with running (at least as a team/competitively). I won't be racing in college (since I am too slow hehe), but I'm thinking about doing a intramural type sport to keep me active!
With this cardigan, I chose to pair it with a pair of gray colored jeans and some warm boots! Even though it is warmer today, it is breezy and boots are the way to go!! For jewelry, I have on a cute heart bracelet from forever 21. It's been forever since I've painted my nails! Here, I am wearing the color flame on from Sally Hansen's triple Shine line.
|Testing out the "Wireless Remote Control" from Canon here!|
I promised to do a mini review of the wireless remote control I got before I left for vacation! A few people were curious as to if the remote control worked. My answer is... yes it does!! The remote control uses one of those round/flat batteries to operate. To get it to work with you camera, you will have to go into the shooting settings of your camera and choose an option like "wireless" or remote," for the remote to actually work. Trust me, when I first tested it out, I stood there for a good 15 minutes wondering why the remote wouldn't work! (battery, angle, lighting... technology is not my strong point here hehe) The control has one button on the front a switch in the back. The switch in the back lets you turn on "autofocus" which I always choose to do. You basically press the button lightly and wait for it to focus. After that, you click and the picture is taken in 2 seconds! It works like magic!!
The remote control was relatively cheap from what I remember (I think it was only $8 for me because I had recently brought a camera from amazon) and works with my camera. The remote itself is a lot smaller than I imagined. It's a tiny bit bigger than the size of my thumb! I like it that way though because it makes it easier to hide when the picture is going to be taken. I can just quickly slip the remote into my back pocket right before the camera snaps! =) I do recommend this remote for anyone who wants to take pictures with their camera without having to be behind the camera! =)
|I honestly just loved this photo with the filter, so I had to post it hehe!|
